Seriously. They may tempt you with their fabulous warmth & ooey gooey, straight from the oven texture, but step away from that biscuit! I had a "good" breakfast this morning with my dad & thought I did well. 1 egg (about 100 cal) , 2 links of turkey sausage (75 cals each), but I failed to look up the bloody biscuit...and I had 2...

    I was thinking about 150-200 calories each. I was soooo wrong. I'm a carb addict, too & I can't say I didn't enjoy them, but GEESH! Good think I passed on the butter. LOL
