  • Congrats :D So went into workout 3 today and not too bad although after doing yoga this morning and then follow it with more Jillian yoga in this workout I am beat. I definitely sweated more today and I love planks :P
  • I'm watching but not tonight. I dvr cause I have to skip commercials!! Then depending on how I feel I may let a few record so I can watch them all together no stopping cause once I start I can't stop.
  • I had this problem as well and after much research the conclusion is I was wearing the wrong style and/or size bra. I love push ups but at one store the lady tried to nicely tell me to stop wearing them and to go with balconettes or demi cups and with less padding. I do not have this issue when I wear those bras.   • I pushed through cardio today and now guess what just 3 more workouts, 1.5 hours left for week 2 to be over :P

  • No sorry, with me and from what I can tell with everyone else we are all doing the full 2 weeks of each set. I know in my case it will help me perfect the moves and give me a chance to move into harder moves during the 2nd week. Good Luck :)

  • TamAD48 good idea :) I watched Innkeepers the other night and I really liked it however the love from other viewers wasn't shared. Plus I saw Farmhouse, The Brood and Vile recently that I also enjoyed. Tonight I will be watching Intruders which I am hoping will be a good one :)

  • I am with you jencacoilo I have 12 min left!! I only did 1 min yesterday and have done 6 min today, a mix of reverse, high and side. My total is 48/60 Ok realizing its 12 more I did 2 more just now so tomorrow will be an even 10 and will fix ticker later :)

  • Forgot to report in last night. I did 5 minutes last night holding 2 2 minute high planks and then 1 minute low. Today so far I have done 4 minutes. 2 High and 2 low planks nothing to special :P Thus bringing me to 41 minutes all together as of today.
  • OK I also have alot left to go but I will get it done :) Today Held 2 min high plank 1 min side plank, 30 seconds each sidee 1 min reverse plank 2 min low plank 6 for today bringing my total to 32/60 :D
