I have two sets of hiking clothes. I hike 6 days a week. So basically each gets worn 3 times before being washed. But I do hang them out in the sun on their óff day´ They are the most god-aweful shorts and t-shirts you will ever see.

Julian Michaels 30 day Shred - just search for it on youtube and do lvl 1. She hits all the major muscles and it gives a great workout in 30 minutes for beginners. I am not usually one to endorse stuff.. But the 30 day Shred lvl 1 is really perfect for beginners.

Almost all ´programs´ or videos you see are cardio. Unless they are specifically telling you to increase the weight you are using every few weeks, you aren´t going to build much strength or muscle mass past the first few weeks.

Also watch out for coffee with a light breakfast. Caffeine will speed up the contractions of your intestines and make you feel empty quicker. If you are going to eat that light of a breakfast and have coffee, try to add more fiber. Oatmeal is great for that, even a small portion will make you feel full.

I work out first thing in the morning, usually 5am. I try to eat a couple pieces of bread and a banana just to soak up the acid and it makes me feel better.

you can log your strength training under the cardio section, just search for strength training. It isn´t very much, I think for me about 250 calories for an hour. The bottom section of the exercise page is for logging your lifts, just to keep track of weight progess.

Yeah, you really have to be careful coming down hills, either walking or jogging because you tend to use your joints to absorb the shock. The other reason to eat your bigger meals earlier in the day, as mentioned above... if you are hungry at 3am-6am, you will not know it. If you are hungry at 9am-11am, you will know it and will be more likely to eat. TLDR - be hungry when you are sleeping, not awake.
