I'd say talk to your neighbors and let them know you're exercising so you may be a little louder. You never know, they may want to workout with you. Also, I've downloaded some workouts that consist of strength training and pilates. You don't make too much noise doing squats, lundges, push ups, lifting weights, sit ups etc.…

You have every right to be upset with her....I know I would! As another poster suggested I would sit her down and have a heart to heart with her and let her know how you're feeling. If she still doesn't respect you and continues with her hurtful words I'd distance myself from her.

I was at home working and had the tv on in my office. I went upstairs and had the kids go watch tv in my bedroom and turned on the living room tv and watched everything unfold with my husband. He is in law enforcement so he knew he'd be called into work so he got ready for work and within minutes he was called in early as…

What about spices? There is a spice store (Penzey's) by me and they make up gift sets. (You can order online too) And I too join the ranks of thinking the "sleeved couple" was in reference to tattoos

Are you eating before you work out? If so, that could cause the pain in your side. Are you properly hydrated? If not, that too could be the cause. Otherwise, I'd suggest what other posters are saying, get good running shoes as well as the Couch to 5K may be a good place to start to build up the endurance.

There is a lot of good information you can get from this site, your friends here on MFP and the boards. I often find myself visiting the success board when I'm feeling down and that usually inspires me to stop whinning and know that I too can do this! Feel free to add me as a friend if you'd like.

I think it's smart to be tracking your calories and working out. The habits that you make today will continue to carry with you because it will be second nature. I agree with the above poster, you shouldn't feel badly about having a night out and consuming extra calories....That's life and you'll always have those days.…

Spices are your friend to change the flavor of the things you eat the most. Locally I have a spice store Penzeys, they do have online ordering. they have many different seasonings for your chicken/veggies/fish etc.

I ran a Disney run last Novemeber and it was GREAT!! Have fun and enjoy yourself. If you decide to dress up, you should practice your runs in those clothes. Some of the costumes I saw were very creative but if you're not used to running with the material or extra items it may irritate your skin. I have sensitive skin so…

Do you have anything on your arm, wrist or hand. For example, when I use my HRM the watch is on my wrist, if it is too tight it might bother me. Perhaps your watch band is too tight, or even if you have a ring on your hand as your hands swell during exercising it's cutting off your circulation? I had a similar issue but…

There definitely is a difference running indoors than outdoors. I'm the same way. The difference in the air, the heat, the pavement, hills all those play a factor. The more you run outside you will adjust. And there are some days that you just have a bad run regardless if it's indoors or out. Just keep at it, take it…
