Recipes needed please

Hi there

I am struggling hard to find some delicious recipes for lunches and suppers. I am the pickiest eater ever so that doesn't really help.
I love chicken, most veggies but can't think of different recipes so I'm not eating the same thing everyday.

any help is appreciated :)

Spices are your friend to change the flavor of the things you eat the most. Locally I have a spice store Penzeys, they do have online ordering. they have many different seasonings for your chicken/veggies/fish etc.

    • In lieu of the squashes listed, I use a bunch of delicatas; roast em, smash em, thin them out with just a lil chicken stock, and that's the base of my stew. Also super-low calorie - which surprised me, considering how filling it is.

    • Very tasty, and my next task is to make about 80 of them and freeze them for later. Take two out, pop em in the oven, bake, enjoy!

    • Tasty, but tricky. Cooking 201.

I LOVE my cornbalaya, but that's not chicken. It's shrimp, chorizo, red peppers, onions and corn chowder soup all mixed together. Stupid tasty, and I am seriously depressed Amy's stopped making their corn chowder. It was the perfect base.

Broccoli-chicken casserole involves broccoli and chicken (durr), onions, quinoa and a nice smooth cheese sauce (real cheese, none of that Velveeta crap) - if that sounds good, lemme know and I'll send the recipe. :)

Most of the other recipes I would post are at home (doh), but these are a good start.

Also check out skinnytaste.com. I've only made one thing from her site that wasn't a keeper.

I make a lot of pizza using whole wheat pitas, a tablespoon pizza sauce, mozzarella cheese, and fresh spinach leaves, slices of tomato, green pepper , mushrooms, and even banana pepper rings if I have them. Don't care for the turkey pepperoni.
