i just pulled out a bag of the noodles that i have... tried the dry frying and what a world of difference they are... i like them but i LOVE them now!!! mine are the tofu shirataki but when looking at ingredients they have both tofu and yam... they are 40 calories for the whole bag... this is just thrilling to me:)

I do this too -- how do you make yours???

my favorite salad is... romaine shopped small 1 hard boiled egg 2 servings of costco big shrimp trader joes low fat ranch dressing (the best for 35 calories) and then shake a touch of parm cheese i stir it all together so everything is coated!!!!

nothing fantastic but a good old stand by for everyone... SPAGHETTI... i use ronzoni smart tasta pasta and i add veggies to my noodles before i pour sauce... my fam doesnt like it that way but it is a great filler and dinner to me!

i appreciate what you are saying for sure and i totally agree:) however, i do get lots of fat in my diet but was looking for it for a specific reason... haha thank you:)

fiber one just came out with a 80 calorie cereal that i just tasted at costco yesterday... it was pretty tastey as well:)

i have found that most of the time i am not even hungry just want some flavor (lol know what i mean) so i just keep a box of flavors for water in my locker and it curbs mine alot... i also love a bag of popcorn. feels like i get alot when i am munchy:tongue:
