The only way I got through mine the other week was to not eat back exercise calories and eat 900 cals, I only done it for 3 or 4 days but it seemed to jump start me again. Everyone is different though. J

I'm on citalpram too, I take 20mg a day. I don't think it has affected my weight, I started to gain weight 5 months after starting it but I think that was more to do with diet and lifeastyle than medication. I'd be interested to hear what others think of this as well?

So my weekend was good, I ate out on Sat but I was good and had sea bass, then it all went to pot when I hit the budweiser! Didn't do much at all on Sunday as it was very cold and windy and also I was so tired as we'd had a late night on Saturday. I'm full of motivation today and even though I only lost a pound last week…

I get told I look younger, I'm 30 and I have been told a few times I look early to mid twenties. That was before I lost weight though, when I had a pudgy wee baby face!

Morning all, how are we this fine Thursday? I'm doing quite well on the food side of things, having a reason to motivate me definitely works, and walking down the aisle behind my friend at her wedding in 22 days is motivation enough for me! I've slacked off the shred the past few days but I'm definitely starting back…

Losing weight is a huge accomplishment! What other accomplishments are you proud of? My two gorgeous and clever children are my biggest accomplishment. Being where I want to be at 30 with a family, a job and a home I love. Achieving a distinction for my first year of open university at the end of last term.

I'm changing my routine by cutting down on the amount of carbs I eat and trying to eat a bit cleaner. I'm also committing to exercising every day and logging every day - even weekends!
