Also my measurements were taken last night at the gym and I am signed up to have them taken again in 4 weeks so if I drink my water like I should I should see more of a difference my goal is a minium of 10 inches.0

I want to do the challenge SW 187.6. I am going to try really hard to keep my sodium down. That is something I have been struggling with. Cant seem to keep it that low. Any suggestions from anyone would def help. Will post measurements later.0

1. Drink at least 8 (8 ounces) of water a day
2. Limit sodium intake to 1500-1800 milligrams daily
3. Exercise at least 45 minutes (three days) a week
4. Complete food diary

Good morning September and Good-Bye 5 pounds. Weighed in this morning and ready to have a great day. I have noticed that I have to take one meal at a time in order to stay motivated and not get overwhelmed about the whole month.0
