Tazzy September challenged Lose 5 pounds or inches

To lose 5 pounds in thirty days


Requirements:
1. Drink at least 8 (8 ounces) of water a day
2. Limit sodium intake to 1500-1800 milligrams daily
3. Exercise at least 45 minutes (three days) a week
4. Complete food diary

Last month challenged as a group of 25 people we had lost 192 lbs.
Please don't sign up if you are not going to commit to this for thirty days and follow the rules.
TO QUIT IS NOT AN OPTION.

STARTS SEPTEMBER 1, 2011
1. Start with current weight, log everything here on this formatt.
2. Take body measurments of your chest, waist, right/left thigh, hips (why with some many people loses inches first instead of pounds.
3. Once week weigh in and lets us all know how you are doing.
