Fridays would be best for me also - I only started this week - so far so good - is there a way to just share the weight lost and running total rather than your actual weight - am not bothered myself but just thought it might put some off...... :-)0

Great, I do weigh-ins Monday night so this is perfect.
Started at 475lbs or 215kg
8/26 312.4lbs or 141.7kgs
Currently at 26.9% bodyfat.
I'm 6'5'' and 19 y/o.
Goal is to hit 250lbs, 12% bodyfat or 113kg0 -
