so basically my BMR is 1245. I eat 1200 calories a day.I am eating these 1200 calories just to fuel my body of all the natural things it does(eyes,organs,moving,sleeping,etc) If I am going to exercies and burn off 600 calories at my workout in the evening I need to pre-plan to eat those 600 calories so I have fuel to fuel…

bump. i have been wondering this myself. shouldnt it be your bmr plous 1200 calories minus bmrequals calorie deficit? every 3500 calories is equal to losing one pound so.....

I also received mine in the mail yesterday and did it this morning. I could not do every move perfect but i did SomeThing when i couldnt do it. me too-everyday. if i lose-i add it to my progress. if it stays the same or goes up-i leave it. it keeps me where i am and keeps me feeling a little more in control. if im up-i look back and see if i had to much sodium or didnt drink my water or what could have caused it-its working really well for me :)

I thought it was a good breakdown . I am always confused on mfp when it says if you eat too few calories you will go into starvation mode BUT i am never hungry. I am eating 2 eggs every morning, a salad with ff mozz cheese and either tuna or turkey for lunch, 2 apples dipped in yoplait yoplus yogurt for my 2 daytime snacks…

Question-When everyone is "upping" their calories-eating back their exercise calories-what is everyone eating?? Another salad? anther piece of chicken? a bag of brocolli? I am a beginner. I wanted something I could wear all day and be able to go out on my lunch and start walking and have it on and be able to track my steps and check my heart rate plus calories burned would be great! Thanks for the link and all the good advice!! Congrats on the weight loss :)
