  • Hello, Ive got one which came with a M-XXL Strap. Its now adjusted to the smallest it will go, to give you some sort of idea on size im a UK 34 bra size. Hope that helps

  • Mine are generally all money off sites for places to eat out in the area I live, advertisements from the printers I use for my business cards etc (this is what it is right now) and mobile phone companies (my phone contract is up in a few days so Ive been looking at whats out there) :-)

  • I try to have somewhere to go rather than just a circuit. For example, once my little one finally wakes up from his nap, Im going to walk to town and back. I dont really need to go to town but it gives me somewhere to actually get to. Good Luck

  • Yes this morning I was 8st 13lbs although I haven't logged it due to my "weigh-in" being tomorrow! Glad Im not the only one that's had a crazy 200+ reading! My highest ever reading was once 188 but I was running at the time! Think I'll go give the strap a freshen up and check all the info in the watch is set correct.…

  • I think the HRM was wrong as it's usually nearly spot on with what the MFP system comes up with! Also at one point it read my HR as being 200+ I was just walking at a standard pace.
  • For me its every single day without fail! I just make sure that I dont go over my calorie goal regardless of what I eat. If I were to stop having sweet things Id crave them so badly that I'd end up failing all together!

  • Im on the contraceptive pill as well (Microgynon 30) and Ive never gained any weight on it. I do however gain a few lbs exactly 1 week before Im due on but within a few days the extra weight has dissappeared again. It just must be water retention.

I try to stick to toast or special K cereal in the mornings, soups in the afternoons for lunch and then for dinner I have some sort of meat (chicken, steak, pork chops) with new potatoes and vegetables.
