What do you count as fluid?

Hi all,
Just a question regarding the 10 cups of water. Do you count coffee, milk or any fluid to that? I have been, since I used to when on Weight Watchers.

I drink enough water to fulfill the quota anyway, but have also been adding my coffee and milk.

Thanks!

Definitely don't count coffee, unless it's decaffeinated. Even then I wouldn't really count it.

I count everything except coffee and probably wouldn't count soda if I drank it.

I only count water. Perhaps tea if I drink it without milk.

I only count plain water as well, which I barely ever drink! :noway: I really need to try harder!

I only count water. Milk, coffee (if you had things to it), crystal light, etc. still all have calories which add to your intake throughout the day.

I count anything that lacks sugar and/or caffeine. For me, it's usually just water.

I count only water. Besides my 1 cup of coffee in the morning, I only drink water. Oh, and beer occasionally, which I don't count as fluid but I do log the calories.
