You've read my mind! I have this very issue...if my family asked me to order pizza on a Tuesday...I would flat out tell them no! but ask me that question on a Fri/Sat/Sun...I would most likely say yes. Sometimes I wonder if I'm sabotaging the good work I do during the week with the choices I make on the weekends?

I can relate to this...I often joke about having a full body scan that tells me exactly what I should eat in order to lose weight. The body is difficult thing to figure out. I love when people tell me to find what works for my body...I have no idea what works for my body! lol! :smile:

I calculated my BMR it came to 2549.13 calories per day. I currently have my daily calorie goals set to 1500 cals but my weight loss is extremely slow?? Any suggestions?

Thanks for the ideas! I'm not one to switch up what I'm doing every 2 days. I am most definitely allowing my body time to adjust to the changes. I guess I just feel that after almost 11mos I should have lost more than 21lbs?? I'll keep at it...:happy:

Lay's makes a light potato chip...they are about 75 calories! I also like the Special K cracker chips!!
