Water is totaly important to your diet! I will drink tons during the week and not so much on the weekend - something I need to work on. I have tried to get this message through to my boyfriend - he dosent believe me!! The one downside is having to pee all the frikken time! I have the worlds smallest bladder (tmi - sorry!)…

I weigh myself every morning - but I only record my weight once a week as Friday's weight. I like be aware of where my body is and if it goes up more than it should I know to watch what I eat that day! I'd be afraid to weight myself once a month - a month is a long time and I'd be worried that I'd be doing something wrong…

They are the flab that hangs down from your upper arms when you hold them up, move, dance....anything. *Sigh* Would they ever just go away! Im 5'2" and currently 135lbs - and loosing those 6 pounds was so hard! I was at it for months before any scale movement started (lost inches, toned up ect). I want to end up at 120 -…

Try cutting out the booze for a while - I was st uck at 141lbs for about 4 months with keeping my calories at 1200, workout out and eathing my exercise calories. It was so frustrating - but magically when I eliminated my weekend bottle of wine, I have been loosing a pound a week since! I too am 5'2" and want to get to 130…

Congrats! I just got my BMI down into the "Healthy"/"Normal" catagory too! That was my first mini-goal and it felt so good reaching it!

That always happens to me - listen to "ieatstickers" (great name!lol!) - weight yourself in the mornings after you pee. I always come home from the gym with an extra 2 pounds on the scale but then the next morning its back to normal (or less!).

I have been on my weight loss plan for months now and the scale hasnt budged - Sure, I have lost inches -but you never get the same satisfaction as you do when the scale drops. I decided to change it up - I eliminated my bottle of wine of the weekends all together. I havent had a drop of alchol in a month and have lost a…

I would definatly have to agree with Ellem - Spinning classes have worked wonders on my theighs! They are no longer fat and wobbly - they are now toned and strong - not perfect, but I'm getting there!

I had the same problem when I started, I wasnt losing any weight on the scale for weeks! But dont give up, keep going at it! Eventually it will start to drop. Keep an eye on your Calories and keep up the exercise! If you want to see some sort of progress, measure yourself and you will defo see the inches start to disapear…

I too am cutting out drink for the month of June - not that I am a party animal or anything, but I would have a bottle of wine over the weekend. I have had a major major plateau with my weight loss from the beginning and am curious to see if the lack of alchol will make the scale drop! Here's to a dry June!

I love Spinning - but yes, the first class I thought I was going to die, then the second class my poor little butt was like "Why? Why are we doing this again? What have I done to deserve it?" Lol. But I just stuck with it. After 2 weeks of wincing every time I sat, it stopped hurting and I love it now. I look forward to…

I have a stone to loose to reach my goal weight. I am currently at 10 stone (140 lbs) and want to be 9. I dont know if its beacuse I have been the same weight for about 3 years, or my body just dosent want to loose its comfort weight, but nothing is budging. I hate to say it - but I am jealous of those who want to loose…

I am about to go into day 3 of my 30 DS - I have never been so sore in my life! I am really hoping that this is what its going to take for me to finally loose some weight after months of dieting and excercising with no results!
