For my bootcamp I usually log 30 minutes aerobics and 25 minutes calisthenics since it is an intense mix of both of those things.

I laugh about this all day because I work in the same parking lot as my gym and constantly see this. It makes no sense! In a storm it is okay but not on a normal day.

My Mom recently started going to the gym and she smokes. Granted she is trying to quit. I wouldn't begrudge anyone trying to get healthy in any way. Even if they have another unhealthy habit that might seem to hinder their efforts.

Does your work have healthy options on the menu? You could fill up on salads with grilled chicken at work. I know some fast food places offer fruits as well as they try to give healthier options.

When I first started exercising the last time I lost weight I did them almost every morning and I really saw results. I would do "boosted walking" for the majority of the dvds. Just to get my heart rate up more.
