Motivate me... Add me please!!

I had a fitbit one and loved it. It motivated me to keep up my steps and goals in general, until I lost it. I recently bought myself a Fitbit Surge. More expensive, but worth it IMHO. Waterproof to 5 ATM means it should meet most people's swimming needs. I haven't worn a wrist watch in almost 15 years, and thought it would…

Hi! I was gone for about 2 years, but back now. I am training for Tough Mudder and plan on logging in daily with both food and exercise. I can use some additional friends

I am unsure how this extends your point any further. Just because others don't agree with your level of fitness does not mean you do the same, to addition unrelated people. Or does it?

This is Ludicrous! 60 revs in 20 seconds ... check... actually I just did 63 in 20 seconds (took a couple attempts to be honest).... and I am currently 30+ lbs overweight, and at my physical worst. But in past I have been trained for skipping rope (used to box competitively in high school). Not to sound rude, your analysis…

Haha. Thanks guys :) I will be there next week. hopefully it can give me a glimpse of what life is like in Seattle. Of course, I don't know if I am moving there ... just yet. :)

Haha, Thanks guys :) I guess I will have to try it out myself.

I just renewed my license yesterday, and I was honest that I had gained 10lbs since my last time. The DMV worker was like... ohh, so you picked up a few pounds since the last time, and we joked about it. I don't think he meant that in a derogatory way, he was just making small talk. Little does he know, I am kicking my…

I run loops around my neighborhood, with my dog. Its a 1 mile loop. Sometimes I know I will see other dog walkers on my 2nd loop, so to make it more fun, I try to imagine where I would like to pass them on second round. Makes it fun :)

I did the first month and then fell off the wagon. Did 2 rounds of P90X before and was very consistent. Like Josee said, I didn't really enjoy it, it was awkward and I didn't feel like I was getting as much of a workout as P90X. I have warrior dash coming up, so I will be focusing more on running next couple of days, but I…

Same here... But doesn't this mean that on the same road trip, his sister got to sleep with a dude?
-
I usually run with my dog, and he gets to them before they get to me. And then, all he wants to do is play ...play... play... play... play. I usually have to yell at my dog, other dogs just end up very confused as they are immediately distracted by a giant hairy playful dog.

Wow!!! Very true! Well written.

By this estimate, I should have been dead a few hundred times a year. I get into mid-190s every other day. Its not long sustained heart rate and it would be impossible for me to maintain that for more than 20 seconds, but it happens all the time. What do I do to get that high heart rate? Insanity, or just running with my…

My resting heart rate is around 48 - 50, but when I am doing cardio, I try to keep myself in or around 180-185. I actually try and never let it go below 160s while I am working out. I haven't felt like I am going to have a heart attack :P But I like pushing the envelope as far as I can.

WOW!!!!

Haha... Nice!

Oh, I should say, that's the only supplement I buy. I have completed 2 rounds of P90X and currently in 1st week of P90X2.
