Washington / Seattle Tough Mudder

Wondering if any MFPs are doing Tough Mudder in Sept.

Since this is the first time I am doing TM, I would also appreciate any training tips.

For Strength and Stamina, I plan on doing a full round of P90X and mix up some running / biking to build endurance. Thoughts?

    Hi,

    I've never done Tough Mudder, but I started out training for it using their "Boot Camp" (https://toughmudder.com/training/bootcamp) routines last December. I started with Mudderling and went on to Maybe Mudder after about 4 weeks. If you can keep up with their workouts, I suggest doing them. However, it was a lot of stress on my lower body and gave me shin splints, so I stopped after about 2 months.
