I agree. It has actually stopped me from posting questions. I will help and encourage others but I usually save my questions for my group of friends on here.

I do. This is a life style change for me NOT a diet. I simply watch my portions but still eat what my family eats. I've been on to many diets where I eat only certain things or nothing but salads and then once I stop and start eating real food again I would gain it back. I have the same problem as well. My feel usually start to go numb after about 20 minutes or so. I will be watching the answers as well on this.

I found that when I was eating mine back or at least most of them that I was not losing. I have stopped eating them back and I have started losing again. I've found for myself that is what works, however if I happen to go over some with what I've eaten that day I don't get to upset.

I have stopped adding in my exercise calories. I seemed to stop losing when I was eating them back. This week I stopped and I've lost a pound since. I weigh myself first thing in the morning before I've had anything to eat or drink and without any clothes on. Try to weigh yourself at the same time each time and you will get a more accurate number. Anything you eat or drink during the day will make a difference in what you weigh. Good luck!
