I need support so i dont have to go through this weight loss roller coaster alone.
I have been on for 2 weeks, but i gained a pound this week, so I am feeling frustrated.

    Feel free to add me too! I am a therapist for kids so I am used to motivating people. Could always use some help with motivation from others thou as well. You don't get that too often when it's your job to motivate so many others.
