  • Many times it's the specific vitamin that does that, so change vitamins. I actually had that problem. What I found is that If you take one that's fast and easily broken down by your body, so it's actually absorbed rather than becoming what us nurses fondly referred to as "bedpan bullets"... the nausea isn't a problem...   • I have my Miracle Pill now... and it's called MyfitnessPal...... and as a Registered Nurse who took care of all sorts of patients in my CCU from various herbs and diet pills, stick with MFP!!
  • Yep..... like most in my "younger dumber" years, I tried them all.... and have the heart murmer to show for it now. Green tea helps with weight loss, but other than that just take good vitamins and get ready to go to work! We're right there with you!!!! :-)
