Does anyone use the Melaleuca products to lose weight?

    Nope.....

    Simply watching and logging what I eat, keeping myself accountable on the scale, and walking, walking, walking. :wink:

    I used to years ago, but they may have changed the formula since then.

    As with all the other Melaleuca products.... LOVED IT!

    I did, and then kind of got away from it and am going back..... It worked well when I actually DID it! Did alot of traveling and dinner meetings so stopped for a while.... If I can help with questions, call me Linda/RN (210-497-3218)
