I have always maintained that the weight loss associated with drinking more water is due to the extra exercise one gets walking to and from the bathroom 98797272 times/day. :wink:

Thanks. I happen to have weighed in on 07/01, so I went with that. Starting Weight = 294.0 Current Weight = 266.0 Challenge Loss = 28.0 lbs. I just realized that I am half-"weigh" to my goal. :smile:

Hi, everyone. Quick question - I sent my first post to the thread on 07/05. Do I use mt 07/05 weight or 07/01 weight as my starting weight? It's not a whole lot of difference, but I wanted to be sure I'm on the same "page" with everyone else.

Oddly enough, some vegetables (like celery) actually taste a bit sweet to me when I am controlling my sugar intake. I also require less Stevia to sweeten foods/drinks.

When thinner, I was told I looked a lot like Melissa Archer (Natalie on One Life to Live). I see it more in photos when my mouth is closed. We have way different smiles.

It's been fairly accurate, for me. Five weeks ago, it estimated me at about 274.3 (if I take the average from that week). My last two weigh-ins were 274 and 272.5.

I love creamers, as well - even the powdery processed kinds. I tried whole cream, dairy and non-dairy milks, etc. and nothing came close to the creamy deliciousness I was used to UNTIL I found Silk Soy Creamer and NuNaturals Vanilla Stevia (Alcohol Free). I now use that combination every time.

I HATED Greek yogurt the first few times I tried it. However, I kept trying it every so often, until I developed a taste for it. Now absolutely love it. I enjoy Chobani and Fage plain (nonfat) and mix in some Vanilla Stevia. I think it's so yummy!

I like Miracle Whip (actually more than mayo), but there are other non-salad-dressing type spreads that taste great. How about some hummus or avocado? She might also try light olive oil mayo or one of the healthier alternatives out there on the market.

I've been doing some research on these pedal exercisers and came across this thread. Does anyone have any feedback on how the exercisers worked out? Can you get decent resistance with them? Are there any recommended brands/models? Are they noisy at all?
