When I do low fat, I aim for no more than 25 g per day .... I eat a lot of veggies to stay full and stick to the fat free dairy products.

Trader joes has a really good fat free feta (It's the only fat free I like) but its great sprinkled on a spinich salad or scrambled with an egg. 2 oz has 70 calories, 0 fat and 14g protien
