I've found light cream cheese to be a yummy alternative to cheese, it's still creamy and tasty. Nice on a sandwhich instead of marg.

Sargento's Ultra Thin Cheddar Cheese -- sharp, cheesy goodness wrapped up in a tiny little 45 calories. They also make Swiss and mild cheddar. There may be more, I don't know--I'm hooked on the cheddar.

    Goat cheese...noms.

String cheese--love it, but the sodium content makes it an infrequent snacky decision.

Trader joes has a really good fat free feta (It's the only fat free I like) but its great sprinkled on a spinich salad or scrambled with an egg.
2 oz has 70 calories, 0 fat and 14g protien

I'm a cheese lover so this is hard. I did go a month w/o dairy just to see how it will go and I made it but by golly I love me some cheese.

I just limit my intake. I love havarti & sharp cheddar cheese period. YUM.

Laughing cow wedge/mini baby bel/skim mozzarella/provolone/swiss are the best I can give you.
