I just finished jogging on mine. And the yoga and strength training is one of my favorite things to do on it. I love it, but I do like to have a lot of variety to choose from so I also have zumba..lots of fun.

I'm lactose intolerant and gluten intolerant too! great to have someone else here like me, exept I had to cut out sugars too.

I use Laura Scudders all natural peanut butter. it doesn't have added sugar or anything else, it's just peanuts and salt.

I get that when I go over to someones house or when I go out to eat, but you just need to stick to your guns and when they keep asking you if you want MORE food just say no. And when they keep staring at you because of how little your eating just ignore it. :wink:

I think it is to many cals, cause I try to eat 1200 cals or less. but everybody's different so I don't know for you, have you checked your bmi or whatever it is that tells you how many cals you should eat every day?
