Today's challenge is: Push-ups
Let's see if we can do 200.
You can do them any style you want and you have until midnight to get them done.
Do them the hardest way you can and try to get all 200.
The important thing is that you try to do it.
Make sure you stretch and have fun doing them.
Report back when you are done and let us know how you did.
My challenges are open to all. You can log these as calisthenics.

Ok I'm in :-/ pushups and I have serious issues.haha by 200 I better develop the beginnings of some upper body strength lol!

Accepted and completed via a ladder method:
20push ups, 20 squats,
19 push ups, 19 squats
.....
6 push ups, 6 squats,
5 push ups, 5 squats
Adding up 20+19+18+17.....+6+5 = 200 !

200 completed I did 50 "boy-style" and 150 "girl-style" :bigsmile:0

10pm here and made the 200!!
Nearly forget about the last 3 sets of 25 as I was sat watching a film and suddently remembered when the film ended!!
I shot onto the floor and launced into my press ups and my hubbie said - what are you doing!!

Alright I did 90 girly style, which is a huge improvement.
And my husband is home for a few weeks so he joined me and did 175 using the push up part of the iron bar thing.0 -
I got mine done. I did 201 of them. All regular style but no clapping this time. I haven't felt well the last couple days fer some reason.
Crystal You are doing AWESOME!! You don't want to try to get out of these challenges.
