I have been learning that with all my iced drinks for the summer. In Canada there is one place that serves an iced expresso and it has 52 grams of sugar in a medium...learned my lesson. Now I do research online for stores and stick to the unsweetened iced coffee with milk :)

At least stay within your net calories. Example, if MFP says you need to eat 1200 calories a day, then eat as close to your 1200 calories a day. Remember if you adding excerise, you have to eat back your excerise calories so that your calorie intake is correct with your net. Good luck.

I would try to plan your workouts so that through out the say you can eat enough to cover the loss when you work out. I was not losing any weight because I was eating 1530 calories a day and buring 1000 per workout 5 times a week. Don't worry about measuring it. All banana's are pretty much the same calorie count. Don't get too technicial with the counts, you will get bored with it fast :)

Once you save it once it is always there. That way, you don't have to do it each and every time. Some times you add a generic salad and use that. If you just type in salad or spinch it should give you just the numbers for the amount you need. So basically, save it once or enter it each time lol. Hope you have better luck.

You may simply need to eat more... and that includes those exercise calories. Never eat less than net unless you question the validity of the exercise calories MFP calculated for you... for me, I make sure I eat at least half my exercise calories back and have lately been eating more than half. I just figured this to. If you eat 1200 calories a day and you burn say, 400 at the gym, you have to eat 400 to make up the 1200 again to be net. Confusin I know.

Yeah ok thank you. I will do that. I also am using a heart rate monitor that is 98% acurate so I am not worried I am pretty sure my calories are bang. I will use all the advice you guys have given thanks. Thank you also for posting that long informative information user :)
