  • I'm just checking in to say how terrible I have felt all day after my 4 drinks last night. I slept terrible, had a headache since 9 pm last night, and it made parts of work simply miserable. So definitely AF tonight for me.

  • Factor it in to MFP as putting "active", which gives you a little more calories. But don't add it again as exercise. Only add dedicated time purposefully doing exercises.
  • I do eat animals though, and they have faces...hmmmm. I think the difference is, if I was the bitmoji person, it seems like I'd be biting in to their faces while they're still alive and dancing and they might possibly start screaming so I don't think I'd be ok with that on a human level.
