I got to pet the new therapy puppy in training at work as I was leaving! Perfect ending to a great work day and now have the next five days off!

Today was much better than yesterday. I was busy at work and kept up well. Tomorrow will be even more busy as we'll be down 3 people. I had a few drinks with DH while we all played a family game. I'm just checking in to say how terrible I have felt all day after my 4 drinks last night. I slept terrible, had a headache since 9 pm last night, and it made parts of work simply miserable. So definitely AF tonight for me.

Looks like you figured it out! That's why I turned off notifications for that part because I'll lose and gain the same three pounds for weeks and it annoyed me to receive several "Congratulations!" for pounds I re-gained and just re-lost, lol.

I only wash my hair 2-3 times a week. During workouts I either put it in a bun for low impact stuff or put it in a low pony tail and braid it for running. if I sweat a lot and it gets wet, I'll maybe get a little water on the roots in the shower and then blow dry just the roots. I totally get the changing goals! I have a really hard time even setting goals because I never hit them and feel like I'm just setting myself up for failure.
