    @itladyee Regarding tracking, I'm just taking a break. My weight tends to trend upward when I'm not tracking. We'll see how it goes.

    @globalhiker In-person weekly WW meetings really worked for me years ago. I lost my goal of 14 pounds and then kept it off for years. Maybe that's what I'll try next. I'm just not crazy about their mobile app. I like MFP the best. Wouldn't it be nice if MFP joined up with WW and allowed us to switch between counting calories and counting points?
