  • I have done it for the last 2 years! Having my daughter I have just found that it's the best time for me and it's allowed me to stick with it. I also do the wipes (a friend calls it a *kitten*'s bath) and I have an old straighter at my desk for it my hair gets too bad. I think if it's what works, do it!

  • most cable, direct tv, and dish networks have an ecercise on demand channel that is part of thier main packages, you should see if you have it and you can DVR workout videos for FREE :) Resistance are also fairly inexpesive, versitile and work well :)
