Hi Jen, Don't get discouraged! Keep your head up and be consistent. When you fall....just get back up and continue on & don't beat up on yourself! Let the baby help you! Take him for a walk around the block or roll around on the floor with him. Good Luck! Ericka

First...Relax and have Fun!! Secondly.....you have soo many options with the food. They have fresh fruit, veggies, grilled fish, chicken, steak & seafood. Lots of Salad options. You can do it!!!

Drink water!! It will flush everything out of your body. Cold water burns calories because it has to warm up in your body before it can exit and room tempature water will flow right through you. Good Luck!

I am soooo there with you! In pain...PMSing and bloated! I eat what I crave but try not the eat the whole thing....just some. Drink lots of water....walk a little bit and bask in the glory!!!! (sarcastic :wink: ) Don't sweat it!

I used too, but I had to realize that they are just being themselves and it has nothing to do with me! When people are miserable....they love company & attention of any kind! Do not allow them to hook you......once they realize that they can no longer engage you into conversation or a reaction....they will stop doing it.…

I agree....need to see what you are eating & how late you are eating. I would say....eat protein, veggies & fruit....no carbs! That is just being general though.

Hi Haylee, I find that veggies are not that expenseive. I use fresh and frozen. I try to catch them when they are on sale. I also like fruits....like apples, oranges, etc. You can cut them up & put lemon juice on them to prevent from turning brown. Also oranges, you can peel and break into sections. I brought the almonds by Emerald's and I got them in Dark Chocolate Cocoa Roast. They are not sweet but they are good! It only takes a couple before I get full. Good luck!
