Hi have just found this site today and posted my first foods in. I am going to try to do the diet chef diet for 28 days to kick start and change my eating habits - is anyone else out there doing this diet would be good to have a diet buddy ??

    Umm I am my own diet chef. lol I can take any recipe and make it "diet".
