I am DOING deadlifts already. That is one of the exercises where I struggle with grip, as stated before.

I am having issues with dumbbells. My gym doesn't have a barbell outside of a smith machine so I am having to deadlift dumbbells and they keep slipping out of my hands. Did anyone else feel exhausted the day after they lifted weights when they first started or is it just me? I 'm not hungry, so I think I'm eating enough, I'm just tired. Any suggestions?

I finished my first half marathon in february and I actually had to wait a few hours to eat anything besides a banana, but then I had mexican food and a huge margarita. :)

I just did my first workout today and I have a little bit of a dilemma. Maybe this has been asked before and maybe it hasn't.
