I would say since your work is so sporadic yet physical wear a heart rate monitor when working and record it as exercise since you aren't accounting for it by recording sedentary activity level. There ar all kinds of heart rate monitors that you could get that people wouldn't know or try one of those fit bugs or something.

That is so exciting! I discovered my heart burn issue was due to food intolerance, amazing the amount of money you can save just changing a few things!

If it were me because I love hot rock cooked steak I would either go ny strip and eat half tonight and half tomorrow or Monday for lunch or I would get the veggie delight. Looks like a yummy place!

Protein helps build muscle, so if you are working out it good to go over. MFP does an average of the recommended allowance. So I upped my allowance because I am doing a lot of training.

I am 233 pounds and I did the first day of week 1 on Tuesday (I am doing every other day due to running program) and I just pushed through if I couldnt do the exercise I walked or jogged in place (if it was cardio). If you did the BMR at your current weight, then that is how much you would need to consume to maintain.
