I enjoy going to classes. The energy from everybody is great!! If you have a class near you you should try it. Not everybody is at the same level but everybody is there to have a good time and have a good workout. Just enjoy the party!!!

I use the Nike Musique for Zumba. They were recomended to me by my instructor and I love them. They are lite and comfortable for dancing.

I was not eating enough calories and I was feeling the same way. I now try to eat my exercise cal at least to net my calorie goal. Also I started taking a daily multi vitamin and is working for me.

I agree, is a lifestyle change what is going to work. A diet is only a temporary fix.

The same happened to me. My calories were 1200 and I was not eating my exercise calories. I'm not over weight, just wanted to loose 10 lbs. So, I thought that by not eating my exercise I was going to loose faster. I was wrong, I stopped loosing. I decided to increase my cals to 1300 and now I'm eating some of my exercise…

The first thing I saw when I got to work this morning was a huge chocolate cake with chocolate frosting and three boxes of donuts with a note that says " for the great team effort". OMG!! that's why mostly of my co-worker are over weight!!

Welcome, I'm a Zumba fanatic.

I do not log lettucce,carrots and spinach. If I eat a garden salad I only log the dressing. I use to do Jenny Craig and those are free food on the menu,meaning that I can eat it without counting them for my daily goal of calories. Even thought I'm not doing Jenny Craig anymore I stick to my free vegetables for the day.

Arnold sandwich thins (only 100 cal.) with a skinny cow cheese wedge (35 cal.) I love the new mozzarella,with tomato and basil flavor, it'so good. There you have a very full filling snack for only 135 cal. You can even add a serving of thin slice ham and you have a whole sandwich.
