I have followed the Paleo lifestyle for 2.5 years now by my doctors recommendation. The first 2 years I followed it 85%. As of last Dec, I have been on a constant 21dsd, limited sweeteners (no artificial), no fruit, no caffeine & no alcohol. I have never felt better inside & out.

I gave up sodas 2 1/2 years ago & I have been coffee & caffeine free since Dec. I have never slept better since I have given these up. I drink Kombucha daily & Kombucha Soda (for a treat).

I have a personal trainer that comes to your house with equipment & everything. $20 for 45 minutes. He's certified & awesome. He also come to my home gym & has boot camp for me & my friends for only $8.00 for an hour. I would never lift again on my own in fear of injuring myself.

Absolutely...I tried Crossfit & while I'm in great shape, it still took a toll on my body. I train with a PT now so that I have constant supervision & support. I definitely don't need to be injured.

Long runs all Summer on the beach in South Texas:explode: :explode: :explode: to run the Tamarindo Beach Marathon in Costa Rica - 3 days into trip I caught a stomach bug!!! Instead of carbo-loading, I lost 7 lbs. Traveled half way around the world to stay in hotel room eating soda crackers & ginger ale. :sad: :sad: :sad:

I've gone to several Crossfit classes & while I think it can be a great workout, I was very concerned about my form & if I was lifting properly. My option was a personal trainer...just him & I ~ 3-4 times a week. Yes, it's a little pricey, but much cheaper than if I got injured.
