trainer because they monitor your progress and keeps you from making mistakes and getting hurt. If you do go with a trainer ask: What are there certifications and who they are associated with, What are their specialties, do they have insurance, make sure they definately have CPR/First Aid, and what kind of results that…

Just Do it!! It's fun and it works!! When I first started I had 2 left feet on the 10th week the right stepped out. Now I'm in the front of the room and have helped create some awesome choreography - now a few instructors are trying to encourage me to go for instructor cert.!!!

Please don't judge all trainers by this one individual! There are many great ones out there who really do care. Avoid the ones that seem very pushy and obnoxious. Also when you are selecting one ask about what they have to offer, about the results they have achieved, certifications through legit organizations, CPR/AED,…

No more than 1 per day at the most. You can get your protein through other sources such as shakes, beans, etc. A book you might want to check out is "Thrive - The Vegan Nutrition Guide to Optimal Performance in Sports and Life" - Brendan Brazier

Start with building up endurance by building up distance. Do the speed later. Anything less than an Hour hydration is really not an issue. Don't skip any meals. It is ok to cheat once in awhile. It is better to have that pecan pie today than never and binge later on. You might feel heavier now but once it is digested you will not have gained anymore. If you feel like you over did it just drink lots of water which will help flush your system.

Definately talk to her and also try to convince her to seek medical help (she needs medical help even before seeing a counselor); if not taken care of this situation could become life-threatening. If you are using that much protein STOP!! Way too much and a waste of money. Also it can have counter effects on your health. You should be having 1-2 grams of protein per pound of body weight. Most should come from healthy foods. Then supplement the rest with a shake. If you have more ques or want to discuss this further…

As servilla stated you sound like you are at a healthy weight. Counting calories does not work and will only cause you to stress and stress does lead to weight gain. Just be active and if you eat any junk food enjoy in moderation. Don"t deprive yourself totally. If you would like to discuss further email me; I am a…

do 1/2 the spd you do on the treadmill and go for long distances. Go at about talking "conversation" pace. Part of the walking is just getting use to the environment especially with this heat. By Sep you will be going long and fast.

Is there a reason why you are separating protein specifically between animal/plant sources?? Rule of thumb is you only need 1 gram of protein per 1lb. of weight. For your diet and nutritional needs I would seek the counsel of a certified nutritionist. Now it would also help if you mention your goal and go into more details…
