yeah thats a bit bad you did the right thing i still eat, i have just cut out all junk food but thats my option and i dont force it or preach it to anyone else x they just think am getting an eating disorder

yeah i get that my sister told me the other day that i was fine and am becoming obbsessed and i go to the gym to much so i feel like i have to eat in front of them my hubby thought i was anorexic at what point but i aint i just eat healthy and exercise i am 10 stone at the minute and i want to get to 9 stone

you can watch it on 4od which is on the channel 4 website and good point about the underwear i think its to do with loosing inches x but am not sure lol

i love the tips and it also shows that no matter how big you are you can loose the weight its all about eating well and motivation x its also an eye opener to what can happen if you dont loose the weight or if you cary on chucking junk food down you throat x

thanks for all your advice and i eat mainly vegtables, fruit i do occasionaly have the odd treat which am now gonna cut out, i do 30-40 mins cardio and also weights for 10 mins then i do the nike training app for my abs and legs etc also i didnt realise about the waist measurements am gonna start doing that thanks x am als…
