    Wow! That's the biggest weight loss I've seen on MFP! Congratulations, what an achievement - you've effectively lost a whole person! You look so much fitter and younger, really well done on an incredible result which must've taken so much patience and determination :)

    Absolutely amazing. Congrats, and also thanks. I am at the beginning of a journey from 311 to around 160 or 155 I hope... 11 pounds down and 140 or 145 to go... and today I'm feeling a little overwhelmed... like it's not actually possible... and then your post reminded me that it IS :)
