Hi all! I've been using MFP for quite awhile on my IPhone and I love it because it even has several Filipino food listed. I've never really lost weight and this is the 1st time for me to really try to do so. Anyway, I think I've hit what they call the weight loss plateau so I thought it might be time to get help from people with the same goal. :) Please help. Thanks! :)

    Hello there. I've just started with MFP and I'm really enjoying it. I haven't weighed myslef yet this week as I am waiting on our new bathroom scales arriving.
