Yes! Old Navy runs big, and the last time I bought jeans there (it's been years) within a couple of hours they were falling off because they stretched out so bad. I don't think shorts would do that though.

Definitely not. I've lost 72 pounds and tried walking 2 miles for the first time in a few months and I was so out of breath, couldn't keep up with my friend, etc. And the next day every muscle in my legs were sore. But the weight loss has been over 13 months for me so it was pretty slow. Maybe people that lose it quicker…

Don't be discouraged just because you only have 20 days! Your body will change faster than you think it will! I measured myself and two weeks after i started i lost 8 inches of my body! I did it everyday in those two weeks. You will definitely see a difference!

You look awesome!! And remind me of myself. I'm 5'1. Weighed 206 when I delivered my daughter, and lost 66 pounds. Its HARD work! Be proud of yourself! You are amazing. I have now gained a lot of mine back, but I'm trying to lose it now for my wedding/marriage. Added you! hope that's okay.

It does the same thing that can be done here. And its about $300 a month. I tried it, and the food is disgusting. Its all dehydrated stuff.

I've started it like 10 times but i started again today. This time I'm going going to rotate the levels instead of just starting with level 1 for ten workout then level 2, etc. Did level 3 today, which I've never actually made it to before. It was tough but i got through it.

Steak. Wasn't a fan of chocolate until about a year ago. Oh and marinara sauce.

This was the most painful part for me! The gas got into my shoulders and hurt like bell. But i had my surgery two weeks after a csection and was up taking care of a baby within two days. It's not so bad and you'll feel much better after! Good luck! Edited: quoted the wrong person. Oh well :)

I'm 5'1 and as of today i'm 172 pounds :( would like to get to 135 and see how much lower i want to go. (The lowest i've been in 5 years is 145ish.) I'm eating 1200 cals and watching carbs.

I havent started working out yet but I am going to when i've lost 20 pounds. I dont want to just look good in clothes, i wanna look good naked! Get a workout dvd! Jillian michaels 30 day shred is less than $10 at walmart and gives amazing results!

I feel for you! I had gallbladder attacks for 10 weeks before i could get it removed because i was pregnant. Fatty foods set mine off too, and make sure you watch out for oily dressings!!

I know how you feel! I've gained 40 in 2 1/2 years. We were eating out all the time and my portions just kept getting bigger! And i was going to the gym 5 days a week. I definitely dont blame him though, he's lost 22 pounds since we've been together.

L1D8 for me today. I can get thru everything but the lateral raises. I can do the side lunges fine too, I guess I just have weak arms! Question for y'all, me calves started feeling super tight two days ago. Anyone know some really good stretches for your calves?

Today was L1D6 for me, and and I just finished it. (yesterday was my rest day. I'm not counting my rest days in the 30 days.) can't wait to get to level 2! I think the rest day helped me out a lot! It was much easier than D4.

It's only 7:30am here and I've already gotten L1D5 out of the way! We have a busy day today so I can knew I better get it out of the way!

that's awesome! I've started (and quit) the shred about 3 or 4 times and have never gotten passed 17 days! I've never even seen level 3 lol. I'm sticking with it this time!!

Just finished L1 D4! (typo on last post, today is d4 not 3. Guess I didn't think about it cause I hadn't done it yet.) So glad I got today's out of the way so I don't have to wait for my boyfriend to get home and dinner to be cooked first!
