60lbs in 8 months! Nearly at goal!!

I started my journey on 26th May '12. I was at my heaviest non-pregnant weight of 220lbs / 15 stone 10 and was miserable. I hated my body! So I decided to join MFP and start logging everything I ate and all the exercise I did. No fad diets, no cutting down on carbs, just counting calories and low impact exercise. I found it easy and got to keep eating all the foods I love (pasta! lol). I gradually worked up to jogging a few times a week, which I never thought I'd be able to do, and the weight just kept coming off!

8 months later and I've reached 160lbs / 11 stone 6. I feel amazing! I'm still 10lbs away from my ultimate goal but for now I'm happy with my size 12 figure :) I started at a size 18 & I'm 6ft tall.
