    Excellent, excellent job! This is exactly what i've been looking for, because as you said, you only watched your calories and did easy-ish excercise and still had an excellent transformation. I was thinking of doing power 90 and all that stuff, but after seeing this, i'll just stick to what i'm doing and do the other training like power 90 and p90x if I think I need to tone up some!

    So inspirational for me as starting at same size, almost same height and almost same weight. Think I will be stopping at where you are now though as went down to 10.5 previously and couldn't sustain it and that's why I ended up back here. Well done you and thank you for sharing.
