I've not joined in with this challenge before, but use cyclemetre for my daily commute and other rides. Last month I rode a total of 180.64 miles, so I'm going to aim for 200 miles this month. Great to see so many cyclists here. Feel free to add me as a friend :)

Hi All, I'm Jade, will be 23 on Monday (yikes!). Feel free to add me, I log every day :) xx

I know right! I'm 5"0 and I find if I eat more than 1500 a day for a week or more I start gaining again. I'm still loosing for now but not really looking forward to working out the maintinance level. Worried it still might not be very much. But the whole idea of logging every day for me is to make a healthy lifestyle…

Chicken! I like other kinds of poultry, but I hate chicken. Not sure why! It's annoying because it seems like such a staple food for most people and many healthy meals revolve around it. Other pet hates are celery- I can't handle it unless it's covered in hummus. The stringy texture just BLEGH! And cauliflower is the food…

I started it today, it's great. Did it a while ago and got to week 3, but injury and illness made me stop. Back to it now!

I think it's because us little ladies carry our weight quite differently to taller people. A small gain can often be more noticeable on someone with a petite frame. I'm 5"0 and you can really see when I've put on a few pounds. In order to be at the centre of my BMI and a healthy weight for my frame, which is short with…

Soup, soup, soup!! It's warm and lovely and healthy. Maybe go ahead and eat a burger with everyone else but don't have a bun and have a salad with it. Although when we go camping we tend to spend about 4/5 hours a day walking with the dogs so any camping food calories are well and truly burnt off. Enjoy your trip :)

Added! I'm looking for more friends too so please feel free to add me!

When I was a kid I was the leader of a little gang called "the revolting recipes club". In order to be a member you had to be able to eat FIFTHS (5 servings) of baked beans in the canteen at school. We would then compete with who could make their meal the most revolting by mixing the main course, pudding and drink…

For me I would probably remove anyone who hadn't logged in for more than a few weeks. Seeing messages that tell me they have given up makes me feel discouraged. Unless they write a message saying they are taking a break then I'd probably remove them. Know it sounds bad, but at the end of the day I am here to reach my goals…

My boyfriend is as supportive as he can be. I think the biggest problem is that he is underweight, so has to eat a lot of high calorie foods to stay healthy. When we cook together it's always really difficult for me to have to eat something tiny and healthy while he eats what I'd rather have! The other problem is that he…

Slimline G&T is 56cal for a single, 112 for a double. Vodka rather than gin takes it up to 58cal, 113 for a double. Unfortunately they are the skinniest drinks I know of. The biggest challenge is to resist the pina colada cocktails and kebab on the way home if it's going to be a big night! It's really hard to make your…

I get home from work on a normal day at 6.30pm. Try not to eat anything after 7.30pm. It's good to have a firm cut off time I find, it stops me from snacking. Because if I just have one thing I always want another and before I know it I've eaten my entire days allowance all over again in unhealthy foods.

I'm 5'0 and 123lbs. If I eat much more than 1200 calories a day I feel like I'm overeating! About 1500 is a maintenance diet for me. That's because I'm a small woman and my body doesn't need as many calories as a 6'1 man. Everyone has a different needs - don't let people get you down with comments about 'starvation'! At…

Ohh, sounds lovely! I really find that spicy food helps when I'm dieting because I can't eat it too quickly so can recognise when I'm full. I'd love some recipes, thanks!
