It's racist to like Mexican food? Since when?

I want a puppy as a reward. Not to eat. To snuggle.

Unfortunately I don't have recommendations, but I do have the same want. At one time I took a class that was JUST stretching and it was great. Sadly it is no longer available to me. I hope you get some good suggestions.

I love salmon with a marinade called "Soy Vey"--TJ has a version of their own, Soyaki I think. Marinate salmon filets for around 30 minutes, then broil. Always gets rave reviews. I make it at least once a week.

 I was told that in some places (Miami for example) using turn signals is dangerous--because it's a sign of weakness.

Well, actually more like 93%.

Marinate in SoyVey (or similar) for 20-30 minutes and broil. I get a big filet and slice it into pieces. Perfect every time. We have it once or twice a week and it is always yummy.

Last year we went as an artist and a work of art. Bunny and carrot is pretty easy and there is some double entendre. One carry a jar of peanut butter, the other a candy bar, bump into each other--for Reeses Peanut Butter Cup add from an earlier era. Did night and day once-he had a black t-shirt and sewed on a moon an…

I am willing to believe that people feel great following a paleo diet. If that is too daunting, another thing to try is just cutting all refined sugar from your diet. I did it once for an entire year and it had a lot of beneficial effects. I think the "caveman" concept is a little funny--I'm pretty sure they died fairly…

It looks good. But, I'm confused--do you simmer it on the stovetop? If so, what is the microwave for?

WTG!! Perhaps you'll soon find shopping for clothes more fun than you thought. Also, if you're cheap, don't underestimate the great stuff you can get for super cheap at secondhand places. Congrats. Quite an accomplishment!

I'm glad to hear so many people have had positive outcomes. My Mom had the surgery and it was a nightmare and she was uncomfortable ever after. Hopefully that is an unlikely scenario. She regretted it.

Fantastic--and soooo quick!

I had a very petite friend who was rather annoyed with vanity sizing. She was down to a size 0, which made her mad, because she does exist.

Because the true underlying nature of obesity is not well enough understood. The standard for weight loss is decrease caloric intake, increase exercise. Eat less, exercise more. It's what every medical professional will prescribe. Yet, it only works long term in a small percentage of cases. If a drug had such poor…

Trader Joe's is good for many things. Don't know if they have one in Boston. It's not the best for produce sometimes though. Costco is good for many things, but quantities are very large. I do almost everything using those two stores, with occasional stops elsewhere.

Amen! And I am in the minority, but I think it was a pretty mean/obnoxious thing for him to say. I think you need to let him know how it impacted your confidence.

Wish I could, but my schedule seems to be too unpredictable and most of my workouts are at lunch. One place to start is to commit to some classes at 24 hour and get to know some of the regulars. Good luck and I'll keep you in mind if I ever start doing something regularly after work. Oh, and if you like to dance, I can…

Being mindful, putting down your fork between bites and taking a drink of water between bites are the things I try to do, but it takes effort to remember. I do know people who have had some success by eating with chopsticks. I'm good enough with chopsticks that it doesn't have that much impact, but if you are clumsy with…

Pickles, pretzels (in moderation), popcorn. Also, you can roast garbanzos beans with soy sauce, they come out crunchy and salty. Also, roasted sea weed. You can get packages at Trader Joe's that are 60 kcal for the entire package.

Skinny Pop Kettle corn is good for crunchy, salty & a little sweet. They make 100 kcal bags that are a good snack size.

I think perhaps Lassie--I assume that's why that guy said I was a b##ch. My daughter looked liked the actress who played Hermione in the Harry Potter movies when they were young; not anymore, now my daughter is much more beautiful.
