I used to belong to a gym, but started working out at home. I love the variety! Right now I am doing Julian Michael's body revolution and I love it. I also do zumba. Mixing it up has really helped me not get into a rut. Plus, the guilt of spending that $ on the gym is gone!

3 1/2 weeks left and I'm getting sick???? Really??? I made it through CARDIO 3 though. Lets hope I can get through 9 tomorrow!

Call your Dr just in case. That is exactly how I feel every time I have a cyst. It could be something else, but you don't want to take any chances.

Second week of phase 3 and it was a little easier. Not easy by no means, but I didn't feel like I was going to die!

You are doing great! I did workout 9 today. Still having trouble with the divebombers. I can physically do them, but my hips make an awful noise that freaks me out!

Did phase 3 cardio 3 last night, yep Jillian is crazy! Loved it though. Workout 10 this morning. My shoulders are feeling it!

Phase 3 cardio is no joke! Does it make me crazy that I loved it!?? Workout 10 is definitely working, my shoulders and hamstring's hurt!!

Phase 3 workout 9 done. It was hard, really hard, but not quite as bad as I expected. Love the crabs with weights

First workout in phase 3 done! 310 calories burned. I actually love the crabs! And, I finally know what a divebomber is! I like them, but something in my lower back and hips makes an awful sound, maybe its the muscles crying out in pain!!

You are going to love it! Its 15 Dvds broken down into 3 phases. The first week, called kickstart, is 2 30 min workouts a day. After that, its only one a day. Great idea! Week 8 for me, start phase 3 on Monday. Down 16 lbs so far. Don't know how many inches. I'm saving it for a surprise at the end! Lol.

Been there. For me, I was so depressed I couldn't get motivate d to wake up let alone work out or care about my health. You might find that it helps you regain that positive energy you need to go further! Its such a personal decision. Make sure you discuss your concerns with your doc. You can do this!

Not sure why, but 7 was harder for me today. That first circuit is insane! Makes me wonder if I'm ready to stray phase 3 on Monday! I am happy that I learned phase 3 is 5 weeks. Cant believe I didn't figure that one out a long time ago!

Normally, no. I usually weigh in every Tuesday morning. But, if I had a bad day food wise, I weigh myself the next morning. Seems like its never as bad as I think it will be and that makes it easier to stay on track. I have noticed before that if I have a bad day.
