My highest was about 160 lbs. and around 5'4, and now I am at about 123 lbs. and 5'6...dresses I've gone from a 12 to a 4, and pants/shorts/shirts/etc. it varies on the brand and material.0

I'm 5'2 I started in a tight size 20 now in a lose size 12 so 4 dress sizes since I started.0
-
I posted earlier...but I also went down a shoe size.....went from a womens ten to a 8.5/9 depending on the shoe brand.0

I am 5'0 tall
I was 140 lbs pant size 28 shirt size large
I lost 22 lbs pant size 27 shirt size small
I weigh 118 lbs currently
At first I thought it was strange that I only went 1 pant size down yet my top went down two sizes; but then I had to realize that with strength training and building/sculpting my legs and butt, a smaller size won't go past my thighs. Still got some tightening work to do on my thighs. So I guess it all depends on what you're doing in terms of shaping and weight loss0 -
I was in size 18 womens pants and 2 X tops. 5'3"' 210 lbs starting weight.
Now wearing size 8 pants and medium tops.
Of course, this is vanity sizing, which I hate. I would be wearing a size 12 if the sizing labels hadn't changed.0 -
From 24 to 16 in pant size. Top from 1X to 14/16.0
-
I was 385 and wore a size 28 but they had to stretch, now I am 212(today) and a size 140
-
I'm 5'10" and my highest was 197 lbs. and some of my size 16 pants were feeling tight. I weigh in at around 186~ (weighing today, so we'll see) and I'm wearing size 14 jeans now. I'm hoping to get to size 12 by fall and ultimately a 10 I guess. I'm not really sure though. Been a 14/16 forever.0

I'm 5'9"
Begin: 238 lbs, dress size 18, pants 20. XXL everything. Ring size 8.
Now: 155 lbs, dress size 8, pants 8, medium, wedding ring sized down to a 6, two links removed from my watch.
So about five sizes, I'd say.0 -
From being size 16 in bottoms and 18 in tops in January I am now a 12/14 in bottoms and 14 in tops!! So nearly 3 sizes!! Woop!! Still a way to go though.0

At my heaviest (278), I was wearing a size 16/18 pants... 20 even depending on who manufactured them. (Also I'm 5'6)
Today it still varies. I'm at 184 pounds and can wear a size 12... or a 10 (again depending on the make). In junior sizes, I am in a 15 but can snuggly squeeze into a size 13. Not sure about dress sizes since I don't wear many of those. With shirts, I'm comfortably between an L and M.0 -
I was a 26, now I am a 10/120
-
I started at a size 8 and now I'm a size 0/10
-
From size 12 (pushing toward 14) to size 8.
Top from L (pushing it) to M.
Bottom from L/XL to M/L.0 -
I was:
I started
5'2" 274 lbs
Pants: 26/28
Tops: 3x
January 2011
I am:
5'2" 158lbs
Pants:14/16

As of Today
So far I have lost 6 pant sizes and 2-3 shirt sizes0 -
Largest was a size 24....
Before getting pregnant with my second daughter I had gotten down to a size 2....
Currently wearing a size 40 -
Started at a tight size 22, now I'm a size 12. Hoping to get to a 9/10!0

In March of 2010 I was 490lbs @ 6'6", my jeans were a 62" waist, and I was wearing a 4XLT shirt.
Today I'm 230lbs wearing a size 36" jean, and a MXT (medium extra tall) shirt!
So I've lost 26" off of my waist and 6 shirt sizes.0 -
I'm 5'8" and went from 218 to 178 (currently), and went from an 18W to a 12/14/16 depending on the brand and cut.0

I'm around the same height and weight as OP and wear a 16 right now as well. I was a 20 at my highest weight of 243.
I am clueless as to what size I will wear when I get to my goal weight of 140. Maybe an 8? Sizes have changed so much. The last time I was 132 lbs I wore an 8 or 10 so we will see.0
