I weigh pretty often, at least once a day. I like to see the fluctuations and I don't let them go to my head and get all freaked out by them. The headache could be from several things. A lot of times it is from not properly hydrating yourself. Eat those calories! That should help too!

Don't be frustrated. 1 or 2 pounds is a reasonable amount. It would be great if we all could lose weight in big chunks. But reality is 1 or 2 pounds in 3 weeks is reasonable and I would be thrilled with a loss of a pound a week!
