Thanks, guys! I have now enabled negative adjustments. I'm excited to see how this all works out. Thanks for the advice!

I tested positive for wheat, soy, and peanuts. I already knew I am allergic to fish. Cutting those things out of my diet has been wonderful. Finding foods to eat is a little frustrating, but now that I know what to look for, and what I can/can't have my life is tons better. I have lost weight, and feel so much better. No…

I'm a repeat offender, too!! I spent so much time and effort losing weight and becoming healthier, but then lost track of it all and gained weight back. I've started back and have already lost a couple pounds. Good luck!!!

Yoga yoga yoga and more yoga. It is WONDERFUL for people of EVERY shape, size, fitness level, and with any injuries. There are ALWAYS modifications available if injuries prevent you from moving into a full pose. It is also very good for building strength and increasing stamina.

Oh, just FYI. I'm a preschool teacher...so that's how I talk to so many parents. I guess that was a little relevant.

I was pregnant at 19, and had her after I turned 20. I had my second baby at 23. I have to say I'm so very thankful to have my girls while I'm young and energetic. I have some 30-40 something parents who are always talking about how tired they are after work, and feel guilty about not doing as much with their kids. I know…

How wonderful!!!

there are many many more fresh foods, and it's mostly organic. I actually read labels now, and put a lot of things that "look" good back on the shelf at the grocery store before the bad foods make it into my kitchen.

All of my shirts that I thought were just too short actually started fitting properly. Who knew?? I was blaming bad fashion on all of my short shirts!

Absolutely. It counts towards your vitamine goals.

I got in a good 30 mins today, and I jogged over half of it. At the time I thought I was about to die, but now I feel great! Haha! My average was 4 to 4.5 mph.

Ok. So I've gotten 30 mins today, and 30 mins a couple of days ago. I forgot to post!!

I have this problem, too! My husband decided to take this healthy lifestyle journey with me about a year ago, and has barely lost any weight. He constantly makes poor decisions with food choices and portion sizes. I know I make plenty of bad decisions, too, but mine aren't all the time. Just every now and then. I am also…

I think MFP is pretty generous with the calories burned. When I go for walks with intervals of jogging, I feel like I've had a WAY better workout than hen I go for a bike ride. I think I cheat a little when I ride my bike. It's way too easy to coast if you get tired. Also the effort you have to put forth changes…

Hi, everyone! My name is Annie, and I'm from Little Rock. I am so happy to find people from Arkansas! My favorite thing in the world right now is yoga. I do some sort of yoga practice every day...so I kinda eat, breathe, and sleep yoga. There's a really awesome little studio right in my neighborhood, so it is super easy…
